today is the day that ourclass learning many type of cooking skills..
we got cook the <> and ..-a soup
this two almost same stock..jz the brown stock is using the BURN onon to make it become brown colour..and also use the carrot,leak cook..

and our teacher show her Kung Fu of cooking..
that make the fire out.,.

the tomatoes sauces we are cooking that very smell~



our teacher say..the tomatoes sauces is use for next week of PASTA..
hahax..

so happy..
next friday got pasta eat already...
